Brazil Cerrado - Alchemy Coffee

The Cerrado Mineirois is a region well defined by its climatic seasons. The coffee farms
benefit from its hot and humid summers and mild and dry winters just like Ireland. The plantations are cultivated at an altitude of 1100 meters above sea level. Its combination of soil and climate characteristics make the perfect microclimate and conditions for the production of high quality coffee. This particular selection of farms is a cooperative effort by a number of Daycint farmers who otherwise couldn't afford to produce such a high grade product. Tell your Mam cause its pure klass.
